Privacy policy
This page explains what data we keep about you, what for, who else sees
it and what you can ask of us. Liechtenstein is part of the European
Economic Area, so the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies.

2. WHAT WE KEEP, AND WHY
When you request an appointment:
first and last name; email address and/or phone number; the language you
were browsing in; the day and time you ask for; the service chosen;
whatever you write in the notes field; and a confirmation code.
What for: to handle your request and tell you whether we accept it.
Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
When you leave a review:
the name you sign with, the rating, your comment, the email or phone
number we use to check you are a customer, and your IP address.
What for: to publish genuine reviews and to catch abuse.
Legal basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in preventing
fake reviews.
The IP address is kept only for that. It is never published.
When we notify you:
the recipient address, the text we sent you and the identifier the
messaging provider returns.
What for: to be able to show what was communicated and when, and to
follow up if it did not reach you.
Internal notes:
salon staff may record remarks about your appointment. You have the
right to know what they say and to ask for them to be corrected.
3. WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We use no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and we build no
profiles of you. We do not sell or share your data with anyone for
commercial purposes. The directions map is a link, not an embedded map:
nothing third-party loads until you click it.
4. COOKIES
We use a single cookie on the public site: the one that remembers the
language you chose, so we do not ask again. It cannot identify or track
you.
The administration area additionally uses a session cookie to keep staff
signed in. That area is not accessible to visitors.
5. WHO ELSE SEES YOUR DATA
We work with providers who process data on our behalf:
- The hosting of the website and the database.
- The messaging provider, when we send your appointment notice by
WhatsApp or email. It receives your number or address and the text of
the message.
We make no other transfers.
6. HOW LONG
Appointment data is kept for as long as the relationship with the salon
lasts and for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.
Reviews are kept while they remain published. Delivery records are kept
for as long as needed to account for them.
You may ask us to erase your data sooner, except for what we are legally
required to keep.
7. HOW WE PROTECT IT
The site is always served encrypted (HTTPS). Staff passwords are stored
using key derivation functions, never in the clear, and access to the
administration area requires signing in.
Access to your data is limited to the staff who need it to look after
you. Photographs uploaded by the salon are stored outside the server's
public directory and served through the application, which checks the
file type before handing it over.
No system is infallible. Should a breach occur that affects you, we
would tell you and report it to the supervisory authority, as the GDPR
requires.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
You may ask us at any time to:
- give you access to the data we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- erase it;
- restrict what we do with it;
- hand it to you in a portable format;
- stop a particular use of it;
- withdraw your consent, where you gave it.

to Liechtenstein's data protection authority (Datenschutzstelle).
9. CHANGES
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page.
